Advice for transgender and different

People ask me for advice. Transgender women, men in long-term marriages or teenagers who discovered their “otherness” and seek help. Questions are similar: hormones, surgery, doctors, clothing, etc. I think it would help some to summarize my insights, experience and advice into a post.
